Mr. Abhinav Srivastava is a B.Com and CA Intermediate having 14 years of experience in Treasury Management, Capital Markets and Accounting.

Ms. Swati Srivastava

Ms. Swati Srivastava, is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having 7 years of experience in Taxation and Auditing.

The terms and conditions for the appointment of Independent Directors shall be as specified under the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement from time to time.
The Company pays no remuneration to its Directors except for the sitting fees paid for attending Board Meetings, wherever applicable.
